With over six years of experience implementing Talent Systems, and a decade of prior experience as an Administrator in the HR sector, Chrissy has a deep understanding of the practical sides of talent management solutions. As Solution Manager/Senior Implementation Consultant at Kharalis, she uses this dual expertise to bridge the gap between client needs and system capabilities, ensuring that each system meets the unique requirements of the organization.

Known for a straightforward and empathetic approach, Chrissy is committed to helping clients realize the full potential of their systems. Mark joined Kharalis early in 2020 after twenty years in the consultancy and software industries.  Mark is a trained consultant in Cornerstone Ondemand, Docebo and Thought Industries with further skills in Saba and infrastructure technologies. Mark leads Kharalis integration projects, in house bespoke development projects and the leads the Thought Industries Practice within Kharalis.

Outside of work Mark is a commercially endorsed sailor with a yacht master qualification and tens of thousands of miles, many as a solo sailor. When not helming a desk or a yacht, Mark might be playing guitar or swinging a golf club.

Enrica has joined Kharalis in 2022 and has since served as a Senior Support Consultant.
She has 20 years of experience in L&D environments.
She began her career as a programmer working with the first object-oriented programming languages.
Being a lover of challenges and change, she then decided to move into testing and subsequently transitioned to customer support.
While working in customer support, she realized that she preferred a role that allowed her to interact directly with clients, which is how she brings the high quality service to all of Kharalis’ clients.

Laura has joined Kharalis in 2023 and has since served as a Senior Business Consultant, bringing her 11+ years of experience in the Talent Management Technologies field to the service of our customers.
Whether consulting customers on optimizing their HR processes and strategies, linking them to the software of their choice, or even implementing the technologies for them, Laura is always ready to face the challenges needed to make sure our customers enjoy the best and most optimized Talent Management strategies aligned to their personalized needs.
